    As a dedicated member of the Democratic National Committee since my election in 2016, I have proudly served our party at every level—local, state, and national. 


    With over 20 years of experience as a licensed attorney in North Carolina, I bring a deep understanding of the importance of rules, processes, and fair procedures.


    My commitment to our party’s success is demonstrated through hands-on work, including delivering I Will Vote materials to counties across North Carolina and supporting the Black Caucus’s event in our state last year. I know firsthand that the integrity of our processes is essential to building trust within our party and ensuring that every voice is heard and counted.


    I am detail-oriented, experienced, and passionate about getting things right.


     If elected to the Credentials Committee, I will use my knowledge and dedication to help our party uphold the highest standards of fairness, accuracy, and transparency.

    The Responsibilities for the Credentials Committee

     

    The Credentials Committee is tasked with ensuring the integrity of our party by receiving, evaluating, and resolving all challenges to the credentials of DNC members. This requires meticulous attention to detail, deep respect for fair process, and unwavering commitment to democratic principles.

    With over 20 years as a licensed attorney, I have built a career on analyzing complex rules, weighing evidence, and ensuring that every party receives a fair hearing—skills directly aligned with the committee’s charge to determine the validity of credentials and adjudicate challenges. 


    I understand the importance of getting these processes right, because our party’s unity and trust depend on it. My legal expertise, proven dedication to detail, and years of hands-on experience make me uniquely qualified to help the Credentials Committee uphold the highest standards of fairness and transparency. 


    I am ready to serve with integrity, and I humbly ask for your vote.
